What Home Means To Me
Home is a place where you should unapologetically be yourself. No one can judge you in your safe space. Home is where you can read all the books you want to, you can decide what I want to do on the weekends. I can be with the people that make me happy instead of upset. Home is where I feel comfortable with myself and my family and friends. Home is where I can create cool things! Home is where I can stop worrying. Home is where I feel safe (except for the spiders). Home is where I can unwind and finally rest after a nice, long day. Home is the place where most of my best memories were made. Home is where I can be free, and it is where I spend most of my time drawing and sketching. Home is my escape, for I can fall endlessly into my dreams when I sleep. Home is where I like to watch movies and eat treats. I’m an introvert, so I love staying in my comfort zone, and my comfort zone is my home. Home is where I stay or go when I’m not feeling well. It’s nice and warm and smells okay, and I wouldn’t want to be out in the open when I’m sick, because I could get other people sick or I could get worse. Home is where my heart feels full. Home is where I can eat tasty food and chat with the people who helped me through bad times. However, some people have a harder life in their homes. Their parents might fight or yell at either each other, and no kid wants to hear their parents fight over and over again. Home is an important place that everyone should have!
