Home is Where Your Heart Is

Home is where you hang your heart, so they say. What they say is not always right but in this case it is. My home is where whatever my mom cooked up fills the air with its delicious smell. My home is where we play games until nine o’clock. My home is where we have movie night and somehow end up watching three movies. Home isn’t a house, home is where your family is. You might call home an apartment or a house. Your home might even be a mansion, but that's just where you live, not necessarily your home. Home is a place where everyone deserves to be loved and safe. Home is a place where you can be anything at all. Home is a place where you are a brave, strong, kind, person.You will go through the highs and the lows with your family. Sometimes there will be good memories and sometimes there will be bad memories but whatever you go through with or without your family, remember home is not just a house it’s where your family is. Home is where you’re loved.
