What's the Meaning of Home?

The meaning of home isn’t just a building it’s a place where memories and happiness happens, Home can feel warm, but not loud , it’s a place you can rest and do whatever you want without being questioned, home is full of love and hugs with picture frames on the wall from your life, it’s like a camera roll with all of your memories in them, frozen in time. You can rest wherever you would like without thinking after school or work and still feel great. The weather can snow, rain, thunderstorm, snowstorm and hail and you will still feel warm and cozy, it’s a place you can drop your shoulders and get a cup of hot cocoa. In the backyard you can play with your dog, brother, cat, and sister and sit outdoors and have a campfire and eat smores with family and friends or even have a tent outside and camp with friends. When you get home after a long day of work or school your parents will have a delicious dinner waiting for you on the table, the warm smell of the food will make your mouth water and make you stand there and take a deep breath in. home is a safe place other than school or work, my Favorite place about home is my bedroom, its warm and cozy and I can rest and play video games without someone interrupting me , I can tuck myself and fall asleep right there and right then, when you walk in home it smells like home and happiness , you could feel the coziness In the air. Get a cup of hot cocoa and relax, it’s home you don’t need to worry. That’s what home is. It’s somewhere you rest.
