Home is Kindness, Love and Respect
Home is a word with countless definitions because it is different for every one of us. To me, home refers to many things. Home is a safe haven where I feel comfort and love. Home is a special place; no matter the country or the continent, there will never be any place like home. In my life, home is family, love, a place to live, to express my emotions, and to know I will forever have my family’s love and support. Home is like a cozy blanket ready to enclose me in its warmth. I believe that I am an endlessly lucky person to have a home with people whom I love and admire, and I am so relentlessly grateful.
Home plays a huge role in my life. For me, home has a deeper meaning of family comfort and a place where my thoughts and emotions can be let out. Home serves as a place of memories, of childhood, of celebrations and traditions, of the countless times I had fun, and also the times I was in despair. Home acts as a memory book of all the events that have occurred in my life. Home is a sanctuary, a place where I can be the real me without people judging me.
When I think of home, I think of safety, of comfort, and a sense of belonging. I think home should never be a place where people do not feel accepted, or feel afraid or alone. Home is an indescribable term and no one word can truly describe the feeling of being at home. My home to me is even more valuable than all that the world has to offer.
