What Home Mean to Me
When I think of home I think about my family. I think of my life there. A happy safe normal life. To me that is what a home is. A place where you feel safe and loved. Where you are happy. In my home my family loves one another and protects one another. Together make a warm and safe house for everyone to enjoy. When we have guests over we make our home safe and inviting. We make it so they have a safe, warm, happy, loving place to go.
In my home we each have a part to do so everyone is safe and happy. We make sure our backyard and front yard is as inviting as it can be at that time. That is what a home should be. It should be inviting and welcoming. It should have memories in every room. In my home we make room for everyone. A home should make everyone feel comfortable. There should be room for everything and everyone. In my home we support everyone, from their dreams to their actions.
Memories are very important too. Memories are what make a home different from a house. Memories are what make up a home. I have memories with my whole family, with my friends, and just me. Those memories are funny and silly, good and bad. A home should have moments that you remember. I remember I was going to bed and my older sister would not get out of my room because she really likes my pink fluffy chair. When she finally got out of my room she took my pink chair with her. I have more memories in some places and less in others but every place still has memories. That is what home means to me.
