What is Home?

Everyone's mindset of home is different, but here is what it means to me. Home is a safe space where there is nothing waiting to judge you. A place where you can express yourself with nothing to hold you back; as well as having your parents' love, support, and care. For most, it's also filled with annoying siblings, but we all love them. Even though home might be chaotic or messy, there is a reason it's called home; it was built from the ground with love. Every shopping trip with your mom that lasted hours, every vase, kitchen towel, framed photo and plant, all have something in common; they contributed to your home. Although homes aren't always filled with honesty or tough love, there's a reason you can call it home.
