A Home to Belong In

What Home Means to Me A Home to Belong In A home is where you belong and a place to be. Here are 4 reasons why a home is important. First of all, a home has happiness that a house does not. Your family and home have happiness! When you walk into your home with your family, you feel relieved and happily tired. When you walk into a house, you feel uncomfortable, grim and sad. Secondly, a home has warmth, which a house doesn’t have. The home makes you feel comfortable, cozy, and calm, which makes you feel warmth. In a house, you feel lonely and cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that a home has. Thirdly, a home has peacefulness, which is what a house does not have. In a home, you feel safe and quiet, making the environment around you feel peaceful. A house is loud and eerie, having no peacefulness in it. When you want peace, there is also a room to stay in that blocks most sounds. Last but not least, a home has life in it, and a house does not. A home has family, friends, love, and the feeling of being yourself. A house is a lonely, detached place from your family. A house does not have care and life; it is just a lifeless place to be. Overall, these reasons are why a home is a place to belong and be. A house is just a building, but a home is a sanctuary of memories. The End.
