What Home Means to Me

To me home means a safe place to share my thoughts and feelings. I am always warm in my lovely house. There are always glowing candles and beautiful pictures on the walls. With the comfy and soft pillows on the couch you can never be cold, lonely or sad. Home is a place to tell stories and share memories that are full of joy. I feel happy and peaceful when I am reading on my comfortable bed. I can look out my bedroom window and see my sweet chickens at home. I can go for a walk in the woods. I also like to have campfires and watch the fire dance. I like to go on the hill and watch the fluffy clouds in the sky. Talking to my family is my favourite thing. I love it when my mom hugs me and my dad talks to me about anything that is on my mind. My sister always makes me smile happily. I always enjoy when my mom reads to me before I go to sleep. The kitchen is full of wonderful smells that make everyone smile. The living room is full of plants that are all bright green and beautiful. These are all the things home means to me.
