What Home Means To Me!

I thought home was just a house, now I realize something. Home isn't just made out of bricks, it is made out of love where your family gathers together, and when you come home you can smell the fresh basket cookie that your mom made for you . I used to live in China. It was fun and happy but then one day my mum said we are going to move to Canada, and live in a new house (I love my old one). I was so sad and frustrated giving up on my friends, my home, and leaving everything behind. When I was living in Canada I went into my room and I thought I didn’t belong here. Everything was different, the language, people and friends.Then I thought I can make it feel like home by decorating it and making it feel like home.I learned that home doesn't have to be fancy or expensive.Thank you Habitat For Humanity, for helping people that need a home.
