Meaning of Home

My home is more than just 4 walls it is somewhere full of joy and memories. It is important to be happy and have good times so that I can grow up positively. Home means a place where I can sleep, grow up, and learn each and every day. Home gives me comfort and a feeling of safety. I like specific foods and my dad provides them to me. I am a healthy eater, but I always eat the same thing. My dad gives me comfort by doing that so I don’t starve. Also, it makes me feel safe when my dad tells me that he’ll never abandon me. There are many people who make my home special. For Christmas my big sister Hanna gave me a Lego Mario set which shows me that she cares about me because she knows that I like Lego and gaming. A while back I started a martial art called Aikido. My grandfather made me an Aikido sword which to me that is a sign of encouragement to keep going. For me home is a place of growth. I have learned that every day will be a good one because there is love all around me. My skill to read braille has grown over time as well as my aikido skills. My home prepares me to be the best I can be! My home in a nutshell is a place where I can sleep, grow up, and have a good time.
