Home is Where my Family Is
A home is not just a building that shelters you, it is a place where you can feel safe and loved. Sometimes, homes don’t have to be inside a building, it just has to be a place where you feel safe and happy. Every home is unique because every family, kid, person, and animal are different from each other. Any home can be anywhere such as in the park, a farm, a cave, anywhere! What a home means to me is a place where my family is to support me when I'm feeling down or angry, it is like a barrier protecting me from everything outside. I am grateful that I have a home because many people don’t have a home or family.
The difference between a home and a house is that a home is, as described, a safe place filled with love and memories where you feel happy. A house on the other hand, is just a place or shelter that protects you from the outside, a house could be absolutely everywhere from a huge mansion to a small apartment. It does not matter what house or shelter you have, the only thing that matters is family, food, water, and a roof over your head. Your house could be a tiny condo apartment, or it could be a massive mansion. Size does not matter, a home is meant to be a happy place for you and your family where you feel safe and comfortable.
