Home is my safe place

Home is a place where family makes memories. When I am at home it feels like the outside world can’t bother me. At home I feel like all that stress from the day just disappears and gets replaced with comfort. Home is a place that could be anywhere, the only thing that you need to make a house a home is meaning, memories and a feel of safety. My favourite place in my home is the living room. because home is about being together and it has my favourite memories are, for example one of my favourite memories is when I beat my Mom and Dad in a card game about 8 times and my Mom won once and she bragged and bragged, it was so annoying but funny. The living room is where my family is together most of the time for our meals, and to watch movies, and to play games like Board games or card games. Home is a place to feel safe and loved. When I am at home I feel extremely loved and safe because I feel like when I'm in my home no one can judge me. My home is like a small shield where we can tell our problems and know that we won't be judged. No matter where you are or who you are, your home will be there. Home is a place that doesn't just shield you from the cold and weather, it's the meaning inside that nothing can replace. My home is special because of my moms cooking. When she cooks, a lovely aroma fills the room. Another reason my home is special is because of the artwork shows a little picture, but for us, it holds a memory.
