My Home is Special

When I think of home, I think of love, family ,and loyalty, but there are many ways to describe home. When I go home, I feel relaxed, and warm because I am surrounded by love, and family. In the kitchen, I can smell the delicious food my mom is cooking, and how much love and effort she is putting in the food. In my room, I can relax and draw. When I am sad, home is my happy place. It’s where no fear is around. We also have memories at home. Like when I'm making dumplings with my mom, or learning new things with my dad, but sometimes negative things happen at home. Like when you had a disagreement with your parents, or when your siblings are disturbing you. You might think it’s annoying, but these things are supposed to happen. Home is not perfect, but it doesn't mean it’s terrible. You don’t need a castle, or a mansion to feel like home. You only need the home you're in now. Even if you leave your home,and live somewhere else, or you travel, it doesn't mean the love, hope, and family is gone. It always comes with you, no matter where you go, no matter where you are. When you are at work, you will probably say,”l want to go home.” When you go to school, you will probably say,”I want to go home.” Do you see how powerful home is? If you take care of home, it will take care of you. Like when the stove helps your mom cook delicious food for you, or when you have a cozy bed to sleep on. Home is where happiness is, and that is the best wish you could ever dream of.
