The Best Place on Earth

My home is the best place on Earth.It is full of love, happiness, and memories. During the morning, as my clock yells at me,I slowly climb out of my warm bed. My mother’s cooking fills the house with delicious scents. She teaches me how to cook and bake. The dining room is where memories are made. We talk about our day here. In the living room where my family plays board games, we also watch TV, and play video games. The basement is flooding with my legos and my younger brother’s toys. I make a lot of memories with my brother. It is where we play together. Up in the bedrooms, I see my mother’s unlimited supply of makeup supplies, my brother’s sticker-covered bedroom, and his collection of comics. Thanks to this, I could always feel my parent’s warm hug wrapped around me every night. My home means a lot to me. It is a shelter that isn’t just a shelter.It is everything.
