What home means to me

M is for movies, my family has movie nights together at home. You can hear Dad banging on the furnace, because it’s not working again… Home is just not a roof, it’s a place you can live and make memories. Often my Mom is making food, so it’s ready for when I get home for school. Making memories with my older brother and sisters. Exhausting, telling my brother to stay out of my room. Turn to the window to watch my Dad snowblow the driveway, it reminds me of a snowday. Often our family will sit and have supper together. We talk about our days. Many fun times we have as a family in our house. We celebrate Christmas and other important holidays. Enjoying my Mom’s food, she is a good cook and I like to eat what she makes.
