What my Home Means to Me
A home is like a place that warms my heart every day.
It is a place where I live everyday. Having a home is like
living in a magical place where it brings joy to your
heart. Think of this a home is a cozy place that you live
everyday.
It is like a shield that protects you from danger or cold,
harsh temperatures or weather. In my bedroom,
the bed is soft as a marshmallow, it is cozy, warm, and
when I go to bed it makes me feel happy.
But sometimes when the blanket is too thin and
it is cold, so I changed it. Although I change it,
nothing can make me go away from it.
Everyday the fresh scent of my parents cooking,
reminds me of being with my family and eating
together. Sometimes I do not like the food,
but my family made it for me so always I will
appreciate it and say thank you to the person who
made the food for me.
In my backyard, the noise of birds chirping calms me
down when I am angry and also frustrated.
In the backyard the laughing noise of my family and friends
together is a way to have fun. Every single day I have as
much fun as the day before this day. The things you see,
hear, and feel are the comfort of your home.
Sometimes you do not even realize how important
Your home is to yourself, although you do not
even notice how important it actually is.
The scent of home is what makes it familiar
to you always. It is a great, thanks to the BMO
and the Habitat for Humanity, that the people with
no home can get a nice, comfy home.
