About My Home

I am lucky to have a home because my parents keep me safe. I also have 2 cats to spend time with. My bedroom is my quiet place so then my brother doesn't bother me. I am so lucky to have my family to care for me. Home means… Family. My family keeps me safe, my family also helps me when I get hurt. My family also helps me with my homework. My family is also my cat. My pets make me feel welcomed when I get home from school. My family always goes on vacation with each other. When I hug my mom she smells like a bakery because she bakes food. Home means… Love. My home is always filled with love. My family always brings love into my home. My family brings love by cooking for us. When I walk through my door I feel loved and I see people getting along. Home means… Safety. My home is safe to me because I can go inside when there are storms and I can trust my home to keep me safe. My home is safe because my family keeps me safe. When I get home I feel love from my family because I know they care for me and love me. That is why everyone needs a safe home to keep themselves safe, be loved and to live with their family.
