The place I feel safe 

Home isn't a place you feel frightened or mad. Home is a place where I can curl up on the couch with my cat and feel safe and loved. A place where I can be myself and do what I want to do. Home is a place where I can rest when I have had a rough day, a place where I can see my sisters sometimes. A home isn’t just a building it’s a place where you feel like you belong. A place where I can look at pictures on my wall of my family and think back and remember the amazing moments we had together. A place I can open presents at Christmas time or yell “Happy New Year” at the end of the year and the start of the new year. Home is a place where I get to see my cat at the end of the day. Home is where I can hug my parents. Home isn't a place for hatred and anger. Home is a place for happiness and love. Home is where we can laugh together and share silly moments.
