Home
Sometimes Home feels like a bunch of different places because I am always on the move. To me Home feels like sliding into second base on the baseball diamond or skating down the ice at the hockey rink. But usually when I come home from all of my sports, home feels like my favourite, nice cozy, blanket. It’s warm, fuzzy and soft. It’s my relaxing place if I feel stressed. It’s where I’ve made all my memories. It feels like a nice and tasty Saturday morning breakfast. Home feels like crawling into my Mommy’s snuggles before we get up for the day. Nice and calm, warm and cozy. Home also feels like doing a bunch of board games and Lego when we have downtime. Home feels like doing a workout and batting practice in the basement with my Dad and brother. Fun and energetic, sweaty and hard working. If I ever move to a new house it will never feel the same as this home. I am very grateful that I have food on my plate and a shelter over my head.
