The Meaning of Home

What home means to me is safe, caring and gentle like the warm, thoughtful and loving hugs from my mom and dad and the rest of my family, even the adorable and loyal snuggles from my dogs. What home means to me is calm, welcoming and amiable like the soothing sound of birds chirping at dawn to the loud prideful howls of the coyotes at dusk. What home means to me is silly, forgiving and honest like the random zoomies my dogs get at 1 in the morning to when me or my brother break something and tell our mom or dad. What home means to me is brave, creative and generous like whenever I lend my brother 5, 10, 15 or 20 dollars to when he pays me back the money I lent him. What home means to me is fun, energetic and enthusiastic like my mom screaming Go Coyotes while I'm shooting a free throw to when she yells my name when I'm about to shoot a free throw. I know I may not be rich and I don't get everything that I want but I'm grateful for everything I do have and that's what home means to me.
