What home means to me

What home means to me by: Annika, age 9 Home means everything to me and I think that anyone who needs a home is someone we should help! My home includes the people and animals that mean the most to me. I have my mom my dad, my brother Niall, my puppy Lulu, and my cat Precious everyone of them are so important to me; even my brother, most of the time! A house provides the shelter to keep everyone safe. Once I saw someone on the road, she looked very sad and she had a broken arm I really wanted to help her so when my teacher said that we were raising money for Habitat for Humanity an organization that helps people to get their own home, I was so excited and I said, let’s do all that we can to help those people!
