A Caring Home

My home is not just an old building people live in. It is a part of my life where I remember growing up when I was little. Home is a place where all my memories are in each corner of my house. And it is a bright place where I can let out all my feelings there when I can’t go anywhere else. My home seems like to care for me just like my family cares for me. But my home does not just care for me; it cares for all the people who enter it and leave. It is like a big warm hug when I enter it, almost every day of my life. Home is a place to run to when you feel all sorts of feelings inside. Home is a place that does not judge or makes fun of you or cares about how you act every single day. It’s just like God taking care of us and keeping us safe. When moving, all the memories you have in the house don’t just stay in the house and get forgotten about. They will travel with you. Home to me is a place where you can be protected from all the problems that you are having in the world. My home is a loving place where we laugh together at all the funny stories that we tell together. Some people may think the walls in your house are walls that don’t really matter much, but not to me. The walls in my house are like arms that surround me with love and care. My home is one of the most important things in my life, and a home is not just a building, it is also the people that live in it and that’s what makes it a home too. And that is what home means to me.
