Home Is a Sunflower

Home is a very special place because it's where your family is, but it's also where your memories are. It's hard to move out of your childhood home for a home you have never seen. But sometimes moving is the best. Your new house could have better neighbors: your old house could be well old, breaking down, or other things. In our situation our family was growing but our house was not. It was not working, so we moved. But only across town so it was pretty easy. Home is where you feel light. And where the smiles are so bright, you feel joy. Home is that good feeling when you have a bad day, you can always see six smiling faces. Home is happy. Not all people have homes so be thankful, I know I am. All the stuff you have in your home like the games, toys, that's not what makes a home. It's the people inside, that's what makes a home. So, it doesn't matter if you're in your childhood home or a new home, it's always going to be a home if you have the people you love. Home is a sunflower with its light. It's happy, it's sad, sunflowers are pretty, they are soft. Homes can be all those things. When I think of a house, I think of a sunflower. The sunflower is the family, so it's very important in the building of a house. So, I just think of a meadow of sunflowers with the sun beaming on the meadow. Walking through it every day is what I would love. It's very special that sunflowers are a part of it. That is why home is sunflower.
