What Home Means To Me
To me a home is like a place for me to sleep, eat, relax and a lot more. When I'm at home I feel loved, safe, happy, sad, excited, bored, and confused. At home I can be myself without anyone telling me what to do all the time. When I am at home I can do better in school because with a roof over my head, and a table to work on my homework my brain is more focused. In my house or home it's where I grow up, make memories, and live. On my fridge and on some of my walls there are pictures that are snapshots of places that me and my family had been to. When I get home from school I like to take a shower, then I go downstairs and play volleyball in the basement, but sometimes when my dad is working in the basement then I either make a cozy fort upstairs with my brother or I draw on the main floor. In the summer my mom makes popsicles and I sometimes help her, or we blow up a small pool and my brother and I jump into the pool.
Thank you to habitats for humanity for raising so much money to go towards building homes for the people that do not have homes. ♥️ 😀 ♥️.
