What Makes Home Home

When I open the door into my home, a wave of happiness hits me and the current takes me inside. As I go through my kitchen, I see the fridge that stands tall like a hero keeping food cold. I feel warm air that wraps around me like a big hug that keeps me from getting cold as I pass by the vent. I hear dad testing the emergency alarms that keep my family and I safe as dad hi-fives me. I smell the pretty flowers that mom buys for freshness in our home. I taste moms delicious and crispy salmon she cooks so perfectly on the stove. There is so much space in my home, it makes me feel safe and healthy. My home makes my family and I so happy every time we walk into the door and every time we even see it. My home is the safest and best place to live in. My home is where love and happiness is made.
