Home can be mobile

Ever since I can remember I have lived in what most people think is an improper home. I have lived in an RV following my dad across North America for his work. In my RV the people are more important than the stuff, because it is smaller than most homes so we can not have a lot of stuff. My Mom, Dad, Autumn the dog, Drumph the cat, and Toada the toad are what is most important in my home. We travelled around North America but we always come back to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, because we have friends and family there. Sometimes I don't want to leave the place I am at because of all of the nice people we meet, like Lucy my best friend from Nevada, USA or Hawk from Vancouver Island. My favorite thing isn't just the people, its also the places. Like all the cool sites to see such as the Grand Canyon and Death Valley. We do end up leaving and it makes me feel sad. I also feel happy to meet the new people and see the different places. Home to me means to be in a space with the people that care for you; with good neighbours and community that is nice to you. With spaces that are full of nature and fun things to do that create friendships and community around our homes. I think if you have those things, home can be mobile and in different places. Home can be anywhere.
