Meaning of Home

“Home sweet home.” Home is not just a building; it is a place full of memories like a big story book or memory card. Home is not a Place; it is a feeling towards your family and loved ones. It is something you cannot buy. Big or Small! the size of your home does not matter because your family and friends are the ones that make the warm feeling inside. Many people do not even have a home, but they still feel happy because they have their family and friends around them. When I come home, I smell fresh foods in the kitchen. When I go to the kitchen, I get the food and go to the living room where lots of the memories are made with my family members. The living room is where you open gifts and watch television, play video games, and have a wonderful time. The staircase is where all the old and nice pictures of my family are. Upstairs, many good memories are made, like building Lego, playing with friends, and sleeping well in cozy bed. My parents’ room is where I mostly spend my time and watch TV. I like my parent’s room because it is quiet and more fun to watch TV and enjoy. In my sister’s room, I usually play with my cat named Luna and spend time with my sister. In my grandparent’s room I spent quality time with them by playing board games. In the basement is where I play with my toys. All together home to me is an amazing place which makes me happy, relaxing, safe, and comfortable. I am so happy and blessed that I have a home, and I pray for all those who do not have any home. My home is important and unique. Every home should be filled with love, safety, and freedom.
