The meaning of home

Home is like a book, every day being a new chapter and a new story to explore. An adventure for your boredom. No matter what you do, your home will always be there for you. Your home can't judge you for being you. I have a brief memory of when my mom made an apple crumble on a chilly day, I was ecstatic to eat it, mouth drooling open. You could taste the apple, the crispiness, the softness, everything mixed as one to make the perfect dessert. It is like one of your friend's birthday parties when you're excited to go from the day you get the invitation. Home is also one of the places where the biggest moments in life can happen your first steps, or words saying momma or daddy for the first time as your family laughs and enjoys your beautiful moment for the rest of their lives watching you grow into the person you are now loving you forever even when it doesn't feel like it. Home sounds like a page of a book turning in the evening when I'm half asleep but still awake or when I'm resting my eyes from all the amazing things I saw that day thinking about them every second so I can experience them for a second time. My home smells like warm hot chocolate, the kind that melts in your mouth as you take a sip of that rich hot chocolate flavor that overcomes anything you ate before. You put milk in it to stop it from burning your mouth, making it the best feeling when you take a sip of that creamy chocolate. This is the meaning of home to me and what it feels like every day of the week.
