A Home is Not Always a House

To me a home is somewhere you can feel safe, loved, like you belong, and protected. In your home are things you love and people you like or love. When I walk in a home I feel a warmth in my heart that makes me feel special and loved. In a home you feel safe because people care about you and others. Normally when you think of a home you think of a building with four walls but to me it’s a place where you can be yourself and nobody will care about it. There will be no comments about you being you. In a home you feel protected. ”Home” means a place that is loving and kind, and you are with not just family but friends too. It can be a place with some enemies but you don't notice that. On the inside you are friends instead of enemies. H-happiness is in the air. O-open to expressed feelings. M-mega fun and joy. E-equality makes our voices heard.
