The Meaning of Home

Home is a place where you have shelter. Home is a safe place and a shelter you can always go to. It can be an apartment or a house. You should always be able to go back home. In your home, you might have your favourite place. My favourite place in my home is my bed. I love my bed. My mom sometimes sprays her favourite perfumes on my pillow. I love how my home is so welcoming and cosy. Home is a place where there is family and friends to talk to or play with. I love my family a lot and I live with my family. In your home, you can have friends. I have two brothers and one sister. In some people's house or apartment, they might have AC. In my home we have AC. I love the AC. It can make you warm or cold. In my apartment, we have the temperature we like. It's a medium temperature because my mom does not like the heat. My home has a kitchen where my mom cooks food for us, my siblings and I. I am very happy for the person that gets a new home from Habitat for Humanity.
