My Home

I love my home because everyone in my home is so kind and loving. It’s so nice to have a home where I can live and feel very safe. I am so thankful for Habitat for humanity for making nice and safe homes!! Home is not a house, a home is a place where I can feel safe and loved. A house is a structure with fine color. My home means yummy and fresh food just made from the oven cooked by my mom and dad. It also means being loved and being thankful for all the things I have. I love how my home is filled with love and kindness. My favorite place in my home is my lovely room. I love to sleep and dream in my cozy bed. I love my room because I can relax and make more memories. If I were to pick between a house or a home I would pick my home. Trust me there's a BIG difference! Home means laughter and funniness, I am so thankful for my home. I like to make my family laugh. My home is warm and cozy. PLEASE REMEMBER!!! A house is not a home! When I hear the word “house” I think of a boring house on a street, but when I hear the word home I think of a beautiful and safe home on a street. Home means looking out the window when it’s winter and looking at the snowflakes as they glisten when they fall. Thank you habitat for humanity for working so hard on making these safe homes for some people that need them!!
