The Meaning of Home

To me home is somewhere where you should feel warm, happy, joyful and most of all loved. Home is where you make memories and have fun. Home can be with family, extended family or even friends. Home is where people take care of you and make sure you are safe. Home is a place where people help you. For example, I stayed up late to practice my reading for my bible celebration. My dad came into my room, but instead of telling me to go to sleep, he sat down on my bed and I read my reading to him. He helped me with my reading. He made sure I was pausing at the right time and made sure I was not too fast or too slow, not too loud or not too soft. Another example is that my mom made muffins for my bible celebration. She could have said “no”, but she didn’t. In conclusion, the meaning of home is love.
