What really is home?
What really is home?
Written by: Kipling
Home is not always a house,
Home is a place that gives you a love douse.
Home is where memories are made,
Home is where you have stayed.
Your home should give you love,
Your home should fit you, like a glove.
Your home ought to be fun,
Eventually for your grandson.
You may grow to be old and strong,
But don’t forget it, it’s where you were young.
Home is where you are from,
No matter how old or young.
Home is quiet, loud and free,
But home is always happy.
Home is where you get cosy,
And where you get rosy.
Home is safe and secure,
Home is happy and pure.
Home is for all of your family,
Home is to make you happy
My room is as cool as the breeze on warm summer day,
My bed is as clammy as a sticky bowl full of clay.
My sofa is like big, fluffy marshmallows,
While I sit, the television bellows.
At home you can be loose,
At home you can be a silly goose.
Home is where you can make jokes,
Home is where you meet folks.
Home is how you grow,
Home is where you find your flow.
Home can be awesome, super and great,
Home is major, without a gate.
