We All Deserve

Home is a place we feel alright A place where we are safe at night A place that's loud but peaceful Home is where we should feel safe A home that's loved dawn and dusk A home that's warm and bright, Home is a place we should all have A sanctuary where we grow and learn A sanctuary where we thrive and play Home is a place with no monsters in sight A house to someone may be a building made of brick and wood, or a place where we place and keep our belongings, but a home, a home is loving and caring, they protect each other time and time again, a home is where we are safe and cherished. Homes should not be privileges, they should be guaranteed to everyone no matter what. This is home to me, a place where I'm loved and cherished, a place I'm calm and protected. But some people aren't as lucky as i am, my wish is for more people to help each other in anyway possible, but some people have homes but aren't loved or protected, I wish everybody had a home. I hope someday I can help people by giving them my time or money, no matter what religion, race or disability, as I'm autistic myself. Everyone deserves a home that's dear to them and their family, somewhere that we are all safe. Because that's what home means to me.
