What is a home? What is a house?

A home is a place where people feel joy, glee, and happiness. My home smells like my mom’s cooking, and the smell of cookies in the oven or cooling on the tray. It sounds like me and my sister talking or laughing and the water from the sink dripping into the drain. It feels like delight and sweetness, amusement and elation, cheerfulness and jubilation, and enjoyment too. A house is a building. Even if you have space and nice decorations, and it is very clean and tidy, you still will feel sorrow, unhappiness, misery, despair, gloom, sadness, gloominess, or even heartache. A home may be crowded or even cramped, but you have your family. A home is forever a house is not. Sometimes you do not have a forever home or a forever house. Sometimes homes and houses do not matter for you. Like me, I have moved to a ton of houses. Now I finally think I have a home. You see home is a paradise, a haven. And houses can be sorrowful, and melancholic.
