The Meaning of Home

Home is more than just a house, it is a place to relax and rest and have laughter. Home to me is so much. I will try to say under 300 words. If you try it will be hard. This alone is 32 words. The way the meat cooks, the sizzle on the grill. The smell of the food from the kitchen. The way me and my brother play. The family game nights. My brother, my Dad and me snuggled on our old couch. The soft tern of a page. The comfort of my bed. The love never ends. A home is love, not just a building. Love is a family you can’t take away, it's the most precious thing you’ll ever know. That is what home means to me. What does it mean to you. But most people don’t get to have a roof over their heads. I would be mortified if I didn’t get to have a house. But through it all people that don’t have a roof over their heads have managed to have a sense of home. And that is the most important thing.
