Home

Home is a place of life, there are many forms, a burrow for a mouse, a house for a human, a tree trunk for a squirrel, a nest for a bird, and many more. But, no matter what type, to me, home is a place of wonder, a place to grow up, a place to thrive! In my home, a normal house in a busy town, it’s a place of beauty! I can read, draw, play, eat, or sleep, all in my home! Even if I lived in a different place, a burrow, or a nest, to me it would still be a place of wonder. To me, a shelter is home, and I am lucky to have a roof above my head, as many do not. Any place is a home as homes come in many shapes and sizes, just as humans do. None of us are here to judge another's home or shelter, as any place is a home. Homes don’t have to be houses, it can be anything, really. And I hope no one takes a roof above their head for granted, as it is hard to survive in the wilderness, with only a shelter/home, but homes, any type, provides each and every one of us with life! We can NOT survive without a home, and I will say this again, we should NOT take a roof above our heads for granted! Because a home is a HOME! And we should be thankful for whatever type of home we have, and we cannot live without a place to grow up, and that’s why I believe that a home is a place of wonder, life, and beauty. The End.
