Meaning of Home

Meaning of home To me, home means family. My family gives me love, kindness and warmth.My family provides me the shelter and food I need.My family pays for the home I live in. We came from Sri Lanka to Canada when I was one year old. and moved to an apartment in Barrie, Ontario when we first came.We moved from house to house, but the whole time I was with my family. I could go to any house built with bricks and walls, I wouldn't want to go anywhere without my family.My home is filled with love, warmth, protection and lots more, my family are the people that comfort me.We live in a nice neighborhood. One of my neighbors goes to my school. We play in my front yard.It’s not just about the houses it’s about the people. One thing I love doing in my house is making memories.Like when me and my sister pretended to be celebrities we wear our parents clothes, and walked like models.My home is the place I feel most safe and protected.I feel happy when I'm at home with my family and we are all together and playing card games.Well really I would go anywhere if it’s with my family.With out my family there is no home.
