Home is More Than A House

Home is more than a house. A house is an empty place with four walls and a roof. A home is a warm, welcoming, safe and loving place that is more than just a house with four walls and a roof. It’s where me and my family play board games together and where my mom cooks some of the best food I can taste. My sisters and I make memories playing Snakes and Ladders. We play Minecraft while my parents do work. We also take care of the plants on the windows while our parents clean the bedrooms. Home; a place of relaxation, games and fun. Home means this to me because it is a warm, safe shelter that is loving and caring. That is exactly what Habitat for Humanity makes, so thank you Habitat for Humanity.
