What does home mean to me?

Dear Habitat For Humanity, February 12, 2025 What does home mean to me? Home is a place where I can be myself without fearing that I will be judged. Home is also a place where I can hear laughter and sometimes shouting in the morning when I wake up. Home is where I can spend more time with my family and play games with them. If I were to pick one item or a live object that reminds me of home I would pick my dog. She doesn't live with me but she still reminds me of home. I picked her because when we got her, I knew that she would be the one that would make me feel like I’m at home when I'm at a different place. That's the reason why I picked her. Home isn't just a place where you live but it's a place where you have family that cares about you and loves you for who you are. Sincerely, Christina
