What Home Is to Me
I see my mom and dad and my baby brother.
The sound of home is my mom listening to music.
A taste of home is special chicken.
The smell of home is my mom’s candle that reminds me of the apple tree in Ontario.
I know I am safe at home with my mom and dad.
What I love about being at home is being surrounded by people I can trust.
Every day after school and I've had a rough day when I get home I’m surrounded by people I love.
Even though sometimes my siblings can be annoying, I love them because I can always trust them.
At home we can play together and we can always have fun.
At home I can play with my brother and at home I can play Minecraft with my sister.
At home my mom and dad play with me even when they're busy. At home you can remember all the good times you have, even where you marked how tall you are throughout the years.
Home is always a reminder of what happened in the past and what could happen in the future.
I love my home.
When I'm at home I can have my parents help me read and my sister loves to help me.
At home my dad helps me build things that I never knew how to. My brother and I enjoy playing at home; definitely with his toy cars.
And at home you can always play without getting judged.
That's what home means to me.
I love my home.
