A House and a Home

I want to explain that a House is not a Home, a house is a structure, any kind! Meanwhile, a home is filled with love. Inside a home, there is family. When I see my family, that's when I know I’m at home. A Home might seem like a normal structure on the outside, but on the inside, the walls are filled with memories and love. A home is where you make memories. Home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable, it is a space that gives you a sense of belonging. A home is where there is a sense of peace. Home is a place where you know you can go at any time. Regardless if you rent a house or own it, if your loved ones live there with you, it's home. A house might look like any other house, it's just where you live. When you add personal stuff like pictures(etc), it's a home. A house doesn’t have that one scent, feeling or that thing that isn't that big or exciting, but you’ll always remember. That explains why a house will never be a home.
