The Sunset in Me

The Sunset in Me At home I smell chocolate chip cookies salling away like a ship. When I get home I feel my cat licking my feet and her tongue is sandy like a brick. At home I taste home cooked meals. Home is safe in a nice and helpful neighborhood, people that will always help and people that will always care. Home is a place where I can relax and watch TV. Home is a place where I can play with my brother. From my fake aloe plant in my room to the wind rushing outside in my small but beautiful garden my mom grew for me. Home is a soft furry cloud that keeps me warm. Home is a place that helps me improve. Home is a place where I color and draw. Home is where I go and sleep in a warm soft bed that my mom chose. Home is a place where everybody is welcome from cat to mouse. Home is sewed together like a tapestry, small but beautiful. Home is a place where sometimes I'm sad, a place to gather and recognize our ancestors. After a stressful day of dance at home I can relax. Without home, life would be boring, nowhere to gather or sit, nowhere to watch TV, nothing but a plain structure. When I think of home I see a stack of books adventures waiting to come, you might even see Christmas tree hooks in May. My home is special, filled with people I know. Home is where I play board games and the place I love most. Home is a place where I hide from a storm to keep me warm. Home is one of the biggest parts of me!
