What Is Home to You?

Home to me is a place where you feel welcome and safe and loved. To me home is not where you just live but it is a place you will always come back to. I feel that when people say for example “Hey can you come to my house today?” I think those people don't think of their house as home. Home means a lot more things than a house. House means you live there, you do fun things there but then you move and you keep doing it over and over again. Meanwhile, home means yes you have moved a lot but then you found a place that you never want to leave because you have had so many good memories there. Home to me also means a place you can stay and feel comfortable, and your family loves it there too. It also means that you can do stuff where you feel comfortable. Home is where you can play outside. Where you can get messy and then your parents will tell you to clean your room. Home is an important place in your life. When you are older you might move out and call it home but home is where you grew up your whole life and you are still probably going to visit every one and a while because your parents still might be there. When you do visit you are going to remember All the good parts of your life and all the good memories too. Home is also a place where you can read and study and you will always get encouragement from your family that loves you so much. Home is also in a community that you feel comfortable in. And that is what home is to me.
