What Home is to Me

Home to me is a place where you and I both learn wrong from right and feel comfortable, loved and safe. Home is where I learn from mistakes, but there will always be someone at my home to correct me for my mistakes. When I walk into my home I see memories, special moments and what I have become. I'll walk into the kitchen and sometimes I smell the amazingly delicious blueberry muffins and chocolate chip granola bars my mom makes. I can go upstairs and hear my little sister playing happily with her toys, little sisters can sometimes be annoying but if you're patient with them it might work. I also hear my two goats, twelve chickens, one cat and a dog. I love it when I and my family sit down by the warm fire and watch a funny movie, when we do that I feel comfortable. When I come home from school and see my family I feel loved. When I am doing something I enjoy I feel safe. Home is not just a house, home is where I grew up and the place that I never want to leave. Home will always have a place in my heart.
