What does home mean to me?

What does home mean to me? There is no place like home for the holidays. Home means to me the most because of my beloved family that lives there and the joy and warmth that lives there and because that is where I took my first steps. A lot of memories happened there. The first thing that I remember was we always get surprised like we're going on vacation or something like that. My home is where I met my pets (they are so cute), my cats Kiwi, Wrigley and my dog Griffy. I have lived in two houses but the first house I don't remember living at and then this one I live at right now is the only one I remember. Home means family to me because I am special and it just makes me feel like home. The feeling of home is joy, happiness, and kindness. The best part of home is that when I come home from school and I get in the door and I see my cats and dog but sadly my two cats and dog died and then our home did not feel like home for a little while. Then one day we got a new dog and named her Phoebe and home felt a lot better. We had a new animal to love in our life. That’s what home means to me the most.
