The Meaning Of Home To Me

My home to me is not just a set of walls in a room. It’s a place where love, joy and happiness can spread through. When I come home I feel relieved and comfortable. Feelings no where else can give me. The soothing aroma of fresh baked bread fills my senses. Home to me is like a heaven. Home is a place to share old memories and make new ones, playing in the glistening white snow with friends, taking my first steps on a soft carpet, and going to school for the first time. A place to speak with family and friends. Home is a place of shelter, warmth and safety. My home makes me feel safe because everything there is special to me and has everything that I own. Home is a place to share meals but most importantly a place where everyone is welcome. To me my home is a safe haven for everyone. That to me is the true meaning of a home.
