Hi I’m Isabella but you can call me Izzy. You may be wondering what is the difference between a house and a home. Well, it is the smell in the air. In a home it smells of nice cooking and love but in a house it smells of emptiness and loneliness. The difference is not the touch but the feel in a home. It feels cozy and you should feel loved in a home but a house could feel very different, like a carpet feels different from wood flooring. Anyway, a house feels daunting and large. It is what you can see in a home. You can see a human touch like an open book on a chair or a pet\plant but in a house you might not see any of those things. It is the stuff you can hear in a home. You can hear laughter and music but in a house you might hear yelling or crying. It is the taste of home. You can taste the love in home cooking but in a house it tastes un-nourishing and like rice cakes. That is my feeling for a warm, loving, and comforting home compared to a cold and empty house.
