My Home

My home means everything to me. A home is not just a house, but a home is also a memory. Some people took their first steps in a house. My home is far away in the Philippines, my family is far away too. If I could go back, I would. My family is there for me, my family is part of my home. I know that some people don’t have homes because they came to Canada to get away from the war. That’s why Habitat for Humanity is important. They build nice warm, cozy houses for people without homes. Wars are very dangerous for people. I'm glad that they can be safe here in Canada. I hope they like their new safe homes. My family also came to Canada because of the war. My family loves me very much. My cousin in the Philippines is one of my friends that I miss so much! Do you have a home? I bet you love your home very much! I will love my home forever. My grandparents also feel like home because they love me very much too! My grandma loves to cook delicious food for me. My grandpa loves to watch football with me. My uncle loves to make me laugh all the time! My brothers are always trying to make me play with them. My dad loves to tickle me before he leaves for work. My mom loves to go shopping with me, she loves to go to SO many stores with me. I have one pet hamster; his name is Bob. I am very kind to my pet hamster. I love my home soo much! I hope you love your home soo much too!
