The Special Feeling of HOME

Home is not just a building with 4 walls, it is where we make memories with siblings and relatives. Home is in the core of our hearts, where love lingers around waiting for us to come home from school. Friends and family are always respected when they are at home. Home is as magical as if it was a fairytale. Creativity and imagination grows when you are surrounded by love and warmth. Inside the home is where my mom makes delightful and delicious waffles and pancakes every morning. The smell of home smells like cookies that just came out of the oven. The smell of home is what makes it special. We celebrate our religions inside our home and have delicious food. Homes are filled with laughter when families are eating and enjoying themselves. When I first walk into the door, I see a comfy white sofa waiting for me to sit on it. When I sit on it squishes down like a marshmallow catching me before I fall onto the hard and rocky ground. In my home, I have a special quiet place inside my room where I read and draw. It smells like flowers because I have candles to keep me warm. Home has a fluffy soft red carpet. The carpet is where I play cards with my friends and family. This is what home feels like to me. What it looks like, what it smells like, and what it feels like. Home is special and home cannot be replaced.
